Liberty is pleased to announce that the New York Public Service Commission (NYPSC) approved Liberty Utilities (New York Water) Corp.’s (Liberty) acquisition of Arbor Hills Waterworks, Inc. Liberty has been managing the Arbor Hills system since January 2022, making for a smooth transition.
