Reminder For Customers Mailing Payments/Using Their Bank's Bill Pay Service:
For all customers EXCEPT Mt. Ebo Wastewater - Please make the check payable to “Liberty”, and send payment, along with payment stub, to:

If you use your bank's bill pay service, please verify they have the correct mailing address. All payments sent to the wrong location will be returned. The sender will be responsible to resend payment to the correct address, causing a delay in payments being posted in a timely manner. This could result in late fees being assessed on the customer's account.

Does your child have a passion for water conservation and videography? The 2025 High School Media Contest is for them! Students in grades 9-12 are encouraged to show us their creative side and produce a 60-second video highlighting water conservation and how can we use outdoor water most efficiently.

Rate Change Request
Liberty's recent rate proceeding was finalized with the Public Service Commission on August 15, leading to new programs for customers and ensuring Liberty will be able to continue providing customers with reliable, quality service for years to come.
Financial Assistance is Available

Customers with new advanced metering technology can sign up for EyeOnWater. EyeOnWater can notify customers of leaks on their property and help customers monitor usage to avoid a high bill.
