Conservation Kits 

We offer easy-to-use, simple, water-saving devices to our residential and commercial customers at no cost. These items offer a range of features to help you use water efficiently and are easy to install on your own using basic tools typically found in homes or businesses (pliers, adjustable wrench, or screwdriver).

This kit is available to current customers of Liberty while supplies last and will be mailed to the service address on record. There is a limit of two kits per service address per year.

I understand that Liberty does not warrant any aerator, toilet leak detection tablet, hose nozzle, showerhead, or toilet tank bank to be free of defects or warrant the quality of the workmanship, and that Liberty is not responsible for the suitability of the premise for aerator, toilet leak detection tablet, hose nozzle, showerhead, or toilet tank bank installation or use.

I further agree to hold harmless Liberty, its directors, officers, and employees against all loss, damages, expense, and liability resulting from any personal injury or loss including, but not limited to, destruction, or damage to property arising out of, or in any way connected to, the installation and/or use of the aerator, toilet leak detection tablet, hose nozzle, showerhead, or toilet tank bank.
