New and Exciting Changes Are Coming
In preparation of our new customer payment platform being rolled out, My Account (My Water) has been retired as of October 28, 2022.
The new customer platform, also called My Account, will be launched on November 7 and will provide customers with similar payment options that were previously available through the old platform. Customers who wish to pay their bill online between October 28 and November 7 will need to utilize the One Time payment option below. Transaction fees apply to all payments made through the One Time payment tool.
NOTE: During the transition period, customer payments may take longer to post. We will not be shutting customers off for non-payment or charging late fees for late payments.
