Turning your residential water service on has never been easier. Visit the My Account customer portal to set up your account and request to have your service turned on. Customers may also call Customer Service at 1-877-426-6999 TDD: 711 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. to request to start service. Please have your service address, billing address and telephone number handy.

If water service is being established for the first time, we will install a meter and turn on the water. Please be advised, we request that someone be at home at the time of the meter installation.

If you are moving to a new location within Liberty's service area, please call Customer Service at 1-877-426-6999 TDD: 711 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. to transfer service to the new address. Please have your account number or your former service address, your new address, telephone number and service transfer dates available.

Stop Service
Stop Service

To discontinue service, please call Customer Service at 1-877-426-6999 TDD: 711. Please notify us a few days before you want your water service disconnected, so we are able to take a final meter reading and ensure that you are only charged for water you have used. You will be asked to provide the date service should be stopped and a final billing address.
