NOTE: Third party payment centers such as Walmart will not be accepting payments from October 26 through November 7 due to our system upgrade. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

We have agreements with hundreds of merchants in our service areas where you can pay your bill in person. These locations include most Walmarts and check cashing locations.

Please note that this list changes periodically. Customers are encouraged to call the location first, to ensure they still accept payments. Please note these locations DO NOT accept payments by mail.
